We are currently preparing to play the Spring, 2008 , season. Player applications are normally mailed directly to players who have participated in previous MSA seasons. Important dates for the next season:

Player applications are available in paper form at several locations around Michiana. Paper copies of the form are also available at SoccerZone and SoccerHouse. You may complete the application and submit it while at the office or mail it to the office later.

If you do not receive an application by direct mail in a timely fashion, or if you need additional forms for any other reason, you may download a copy of the application using the link below.
